Regional Banking/Lender Sales and Relationship Manager

Sage is a national CRE (Commercial Real Estate) auction firm providing time certain dates of sale for bank REO asset managers. We provide our clients with an accelerated marketing campaign which generates the highest possible price in the least amount of time saving our clients thousands in holding costs. Our marketing programs are high impact, intense, saturation campaigns that produce multiple competitive bids ensuring true market value for the asset. Sage has a central processing office in St. Louis, MO where all marketing and sales are managed allowing for consistent results.

We are seeking individuals experienced in developing relationships to join and grow with our national network, to have the opportunity to earn $100,000 - $300,000, and join the partners of Sage and other Regional Managers growing a national auction firm. Training and a personal success plan are provided.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Managers will develop a banking/lenders contact list to call, network, and setup appointments with the goal to learn their loan servicing strategies and goals so you can match and educate prospects on the solutions Sage can provide. RMs report to the senior auctioneer for training and guidance

DUTIES:
- Manage CRM database
- Develop and Maintain productive relationships with clients.
- Onsite visits to assess properties, estimate values, take pictures, give client feedback.
- Manage and show listed properties
- Field calls from prospective buyers and canvas area for prospects
- Participate on portfolio teams (this may include travel)

EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
- Existing network of banking and property owner contacts a plus.
- Strong computer skills including email, word, excel, and using web based applications.
- Industry designations or progress towards achieving and industry designation such as: CCIM, SIOR, AARE is a plus.

LOCATION: Minneapolis, Atlanta, Orlando, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Jersey

TRAVEL: Yes, 30%

FULL /PART TIME: Fulltime

COMPENSATION: Full Commission (expect income in 9-12 months)
