Then, a timeline is proposed, usually 4 to 6 weeks for residential and farm & ranch property or 6 to 8 weeks for commercial and industrial property.

Step 5: Closing in 30 Days
When the winning bidder is determined your property is SOLD without time-consuming negotiations. The successful high bidders places a non-refundable earnest money deposit on the day of the auction and must complete the transaction within 30 days.
