Sage Auction Solutioneers Wanted
There is no better time in history to be involved in the auction Industry. If you have a business, mortgage or real estate sales background, and are willing to learn (or at least listen closely), then we should talk. This is not high pressure, arm twisting, selling. More often, than not, when the client realizes that he has a problem and we have the solution they sell themselves.
The compensation for Solutioneers, is 100% commission based. This position tracks toward a partnership stake in our company. First year earning potential is $75K to $150K. Candidates with good contacts and selling skills earn much more.
It is not required nor necessary for candidates to be an auctioneer, however, you must be willing to become a solutioneer. Candidates MUST always put the clients needs ahead of their own. Give value first. We are not in the business to earn commissions…okay, who are we kidding, yes we are…but to do so we focus on solving our clients problems.
